Product Review: Appy Kids Drinks

If you are looking for a new, fun, children’s branded juice drink that tastes good and is healthier than most, read on…

When Appy Kids Co asked me to review their new branded character drinks, I couldn’t wait to receive them.

I received Paw Patrol and Dora the Explorer drinks pouches and naturally, my son noticed his favourite characters on the front straight away.

As any mum would worry though, my natural reaction was to be concerned by the contents of the drink, in particular, the sugar content.

The level of sugar is substantially lower compared to other similar children’s drinks and all of the ingredients are 100% natural. The drinks are also gluten free and Vegetarian Society approved.

The Appy Kids Company takes pride in putting people and families before profit and has worked to significantly reduce the amount of sugar in children’s drinks whilst maintaining great taste and including A,C and E vitamins too.

There are a variety of flavours to choose from including apple, orange and mixed berry, each with many different characters on the front such as Paw Patrol, Dora The Explorer, Peppa Pig and The Gruffalo to name a few. There is also up to 5 x 200ml cartons in each pack.

A straw to pierce the opening is included which means less risk of spillages and they’re also a great size for packed lunches. You can also download the app or play the puzzles on the back of the box which include spot the difference, jokes and mazes.

The drinks can be purchased at a variety of supermarkets including Tesco, Ocado, Toys R Us and Poundworld .
